Introduction to Clean Panels

Clean panels, also known as purification panels, are composite boards with face materials such as color-coated steel sheets, stainless steel, and other materials. They offer unique properties including dust‑proof, anti‑static, and antibacterial effects. They are widely used in clean engineering fields with strict indoor environmental requirements, including electronics, pharmaceuticals, food processing, biotechnology, aerospace, precision instrument manufacturing, and scientific research.

Clean panels are composite boards made with substrates such as color‑coated steel sheets, stainless steel, inorganic fireproof boards, and other materials. They possess unique dust‑proof, anti‑static, and antibacterial properties and are widely applied, typically in purification engineering fields with stringent indoor environment requirements, such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, food, and biotechnology.

Clean panels can be manufactured with seven types of core materials, including rock wool, fiberglass wool, paper honeycomb, ceramic aluminum panels, magnesium oxide boards, paper honeycomb, etc., as well as over a dozen types of facing materials, such as color‑coated steel sheets, galvanized steel sheets, aluminum‑zinc‑coated steel sheets, stainless steel, printed steel sheets, aluminum foil paper, PVC, plywood, and others. This results in more than twenty panel specifications.

1. High fire resistance rating

2. Good compressive strength

3. Excellent surface flatness

4. Strong stain resistance

Product benefits: good sound insulation, thermal insulation, heat retention, seismic resistance, and excellent fire performance. The filling materials are all Class A flame‑retardant materials, which do not melt or produce high‑temperature decomposition droplets during combustion. They are among the high‑grade fireproof architectural decorative composite panels available in China.
